Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

TabTrade - What It Is

TabTrade went live in Q1 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.

His background is relevant. It suggests the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. But better than a founder with no industry background.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities prime brokers run on. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade went the other way. Not the typical playbook.

The instrument list: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For something that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.

Platforms

Available: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from the same login. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both is useful. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is the default. Complete charts, EAs, huge user base. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. cBot support. Plenty of traders prefer it after using both.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for automated strategies but is only on the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is said to be coming. That would round things out when it arrives.

What You Pay

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your real cost can sit under half a pip. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that have spreads this tight require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not relevant to typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

This is where this broker stands apart. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers quote a much wider range.

Should you care? For short-term trading, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. What matters is the setup is serious. That is what kind of broker this is.

Combine those fill times with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering is strong. Few brokers in this bracket offer execution like this.

Safety

This is the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. None of this make it safe. It does inform your decision.

The deal: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that works depends on you.

The Bonus

TabTrade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You deposit, TabTrade add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before funding.

Everything in one place, with the full fee table, withdrawal policies, and website regulatory details, is at Trade The Day.
